Whether you're into strength training, cardio, or yoga and stretching, our facility is fully equipped with a wide range of amenities, including free weights, medicine balls, and top-of-the-line machines. Maintain your wellness routine while soaking in the sun and sea, as everything you need for a fulfilling workout is right at your fingertips.

Start your morning with one of our complimentary resort fitness classes designed for all ages and fitness levels. From CardiYoga and WaterFit to strength and conditioning classes, our weekly programming is focused on movement, wellness, and enjoying the coastal atmosphere at Sunflower Beach. Classes are open to all guests who can follow instruction and are held rain or shine, though locations may change based on weather.
