Take your yoga practice to the next level in this strength based yoga class. With a little bit of a slower and more controlled flow, expect some reps, pulses, and holds. This class will sculpt your body with long, lean muscles. Want a bit of a challenge? Let’s add weights! We won’t typically go over 5 lbs.
